Printing on Bag Tags

I need two things.  I want to provide inexpensive Bag Tags Using Plastic tags.  Question one.  Where do I get the Bag Tags?  How do I print them?  I know I cant run the tag through the printer, but can I use a clear vinyl and print on it and then adhere it to the tag?  If so What vinyl do I use or do i do something entirely different?  I know sublimation is the way to go, but my printer is down right now. but I do want to get into again.  What would be a cheap way to do that?  Guess I asked more than two things.  Just needed to ask the experts.  Jeri

I don't know the answers to your questions but if anyone would have what you are looking for it would be printonit.com.

Canon MX700, MP760, MP780, iP4000, iP4000R, iP6000D, i9100, i860 printers.
I used to vacuum fill Canon cartridges with Inktec ink but I have converted to the German method. It's so much quicker, easier and cleaner.
