Italian speaker needed... (preferably with tech vocab for printers!)

This is going to seem odd but I have an Italian customer who is having problem with a waste ink kit and the language barrier is causing a lot of problems.

If there's anyone who is a fluent Italian speaker who could help me I'd be most grateful...

Martin

Re: Italian speaker needed... (preferably with tech vocab for printers!)

Sorry, should have updated... I've been contacted by Angel who has offered to help but it looks like I've maybe managed to resolve the issue.

Either way it helps to know other folks who speak other languages... smile

Thanks all for the offers of help, it's very much appreciated... I'd offer my ASL and BSL sign languages in return but I suspect not as much use big_smile

Don't know about tech vocab for printing, but I found a source for Italian speakers - http://www.macrom.it/en/altoparlanti/altoparlanti-mos.   tongue

Thanks all... It turns out I'm managing to use Google translate reasonably well but I will definitely keep all the recent replies in mind should the need arise...

Cheers,

Martin

Hilarious!!!

Canon MX700, MP760, MP780, iP4000, i9100, i860 printers.
I used to vacuum fill Canon cartridges with Inktec ink and then I converted to a modified German method but now I use my Freedom Refill Method. It does not modify the cartridge: no holes, no screws, no plugs, no tape. Refilled cartridges look just like OEM.

Re: Italian speaker needed... (preferably with tech vocab for printers!)

Hi Websnail,

If you every need my help, I would be willing.  It would have to be in a 3 way telephone call.  My written Italian sucks but I am very good with spoken Italian.  Although I was born in Canada, my Italian parents make sure I learned the language very well.

Regards,
TheTonerGuy
